Try as we might, most women aren’t going to stop caring about their figure anytime soon. I know I spend a lot of time thinking about mine! We all worry about whether we’re too fat, too thin, too wobbly or even too muscly. No one can tell you what you should be happy with, but they can help you achieve what you want. Even if you’re comfortable in your skin, it doesn’t mean you can’t be happier if you change. If you’re still after your ideal figure, whatever that is, I have some recommendations for the best way to find it.

Find the Perfect Weight
Women can worry about their weight a lot, whether they think they’re too skinny or too large. If you’re unhappy with yours, you can change it. The key thing to remember is that you should go about it in a healthy way. Combining a healthy diet with exercise is the best way to feel fit and healthy. You might have a target weight or a clothes size that you want to fit into. Whether you’re losing weight or trying to gain it, you should decide whether you want to weigh yourself. It might seem odd not to, but many women prefer to judge their figure by how they look and feel, not what the numbers say.

If you’re happy with your weight, you might want to be more toned. A lot of women worry about getting too muscly, as they don’t want to look too masculine. I understand that, but there isn’t anything to worry about. Unless you’re pushing yourself extremely hard, you’re not going to get massive man muscles. Again, toning up requires you to look at your diet and exercise. If you want to tone your whole body, you need to make sure you’re working out every part of it.

There are some things you can’t change even if you eat well and exercise regularly. And there are some things you might be too impatient for. If there’s something about your figure you want to change, surgery can sometimes be the answer. For example, some women with larger breasts decide to get breast reduction surgery. It’s popular with women of all sizes. But smaller women, in particular, might have the procedure to balance their figure. There are other operations you might have, from liposuction to breast enlargement, that could get you the figure you want. Remember surgery isn’t something to be taken lightly and fully researching the doctor, the procedure, the results and the risks is key!

Wardrobe Options
Sometimes, just dressing a certain way can give you the figure you’re looking for. And it doesn’t have to involve magic underwear that sucks you in at all the right places. Although, they can be useful! Choosing the right style dress or cut on a jacket could make a significant difference to your shape. Of course, that does mean that when you take your clothes off, you could be an entirely different shape.

There are several options if you want to cut a different figure wherever you go. Whether you change it permanently or use some wardrobe magic, you can get the silhouette you want.
